MY STORY
How did I get here?
SENSE OF CONNECTION
Since I was tiny, I’ve felt a deep connection with the natural world.
I’ve never lost the sheer wonder at how I ended up on this planet, in this position, and born into a generation of humans at a critical time: when our decisions, priorities and leadership will shape the future of our planet.
This love for our world calls me forward.
STARTUPS
My first leadership role at a purpose-led startup in 2014 was a baptism of fire. I was second-in-command, and we scaled the organisation 4X in two years.
It was tough to scale while looking after myself in the process. I was often burned out and overworked, and felt pretty lost.
I needed someone to help me feel more empowered, grounded, and sure of myself in making big decisions. I wished I had a coach to help me navigate this time.
SONS
In 2020 I was heavily pregnant with our first child, whilst Australian wildfires raged. This wasn’t the world he deserved to inherit.
How could I amplify my life’s work, to impact the planet positively on an even bigger scale? I re-committed my career to supporting even more climate leaders.
Now with two young boys, I want my work to help create a better planet for them – and children everywhere – to inherit.
My clients choose me because I ‘get’ the reality of entrepreneurship, and I also ‘get’ climate work. Together, we ignite possibilities that are truly life-changing.
