WHO AM I?
I partner with climate pioneers: leaders and entrepreneurs creating a sustainable future through innovation, with a passion to impact our planet for good.
I love working in the messy middle where leadership, climate, innovation, and personal growth collide.
I’m a founding member of Climate Change Coaches (the world’s first climate coaching organisation), and coached for years with Climate-KIC (the EU’s main climate innovation body). I co-designed Scotland’s incubator for social innovation, and have run climate leadership programmes for King’s College London and the University of Edinburgh.
I’ve spoken at VERGE (the Silicon Valley climate tech conference), San Francisco Climate Week, London Climate Action Week, Climate Careers Week, and Climate Week NYC. I’ve also served as the Leadership Subject Matter Expert for climate founders at Work on Climate.
All that means I have a deep and empathic understanding of the opportunities and ‘bear traps’ of leading in sustainability – so we can hit the ground running.
